Giotto is the perfect wood fired professional oven for the inside or outside of restaurants and pizzerias.
The stainless steel dome can easily reach working temperatures in just 40 minutes and can cook a pizza in less than 90 seconds. The refractory floor, 8 cm thick, can cook up to 6 pizzas at a time and 120 in an hour.
Available with base or top version, the Giotto professional pizza oven is available in wood or gas version. Both come with a 20 Kw burner which can be placed under the hood. The ForninoxTM technology reduces both gas and wood consumption.
Alfa Pro’s unique design makes it perfect for cooking anywhere, in your garden or terrace or in front of your customers. Thanks to its wheels it can be easily moved from indoors to outdoors. Giotto wood and gas fired oven helps you to increase revenues quickly and cleverly.
